- From October 1 to February 28 the rental center in Brisbane is closed on Sunday.
- On November and April pickups in rental centers in Alice Springs, Darwin and Broome will be from 10:00 AM, and closed on Sunday. Between 1 December and 31 March branches are closed.
- During the period from 1 May to 31 August the Hobart branch is closed.
- On April and from November to March 31 the Cairns branch is closed on sunday.
- Rest of the year Pick up is available from 07:30 AM.
- A surcharge of AU$100 will apply to all rentals picking up or dropping off during holidays. For details, please refer to 'HOLIDAY SURCHARGE' on 'Terms & Conditions'.
- An Airport pick-up fee of AU$ 100 per hire will apply for hires with pick-up at Hobart airport.
- An additional remote location fee of AU$750 applies to all rentals picking up or dropping off in Broome.
- 20 Day minimum hire on all one way rentals OUT of Hobart from 01 Sept to 28 Feb.
- 20 Day minimum hire on all one way rentals IN to Hobart from 15 Feb to 15 May.
- 20 Day minimum hire on all one way rentals OUT of Darwin, Alice Springs & Broome from 1 April to 15 July (excluding travel into Darwin, Alice Springs & Broome).
- 20 Day minimum hire on all one way rentals IN to Darwin, Alice Springs & Broome from 15 Aug to 30 Nov (excluding from Darwin, Alice Springs & Broome).
- 20 Day minimum hire on all one way rentals IN to Cairns from 1 Sept - 31 Mar - not including Frontier, Explorer.
- 20 Day minimum hire on one way rentals IN to Cairns from 1 May - 31 Aug 2017 for Voyager, Vista, Venturer Plus.
- 20 Day minimum hire on one way rentals IN to Cairns from 1 Apr - 31 Aug 2017 for HiTop.
- 10 Day minimum hire on all rentals collecting between the 20 December and 10 January.
- 10 Day minimum hire period for 4/6 berth motorhome rentals in Brisbane from 23 to 27 March due to music festival.
- 7 Day minimum hire period for all pick ups from 12 - 18 Apr 2017 for Easter.
- 7 Day minimum hire period on all TS vehicles for pick ups in Sydney from 3 - 9 Oct 2017 due to Bathurst motor races.
- 7 Day minimum hire period on all TS vehicles for pick ups in Melbourne during the Phillip Island races.
- 7 Day minimum hire period for all vehicles into or out of Brisbane from 18 - 24 July 2017 due to music festival.
