• The camper must be returned on the agreed date at the nominated depot before 3:00pm.
• Camper pick-up or return outside of branch hours are subject to an after-hours fee of AU$100.
• Camper must be returned clean and with full fuel tank (or as received) otherwise AU$150 cleaning fee and a AU$100 fuel fee will be charged.
• No smoking in or around the camper otherwise AU$150 will be charged.
• Any traffic or parking fines or unpaid toll notices received will be charged plus administration fees.
• Changing of drop off location will cost up to AU$1100.
• All rates, liabilities and road restrictions refers to 2WD vehicles. For 4WD vehicles, please contact us for more details.

Avi was available before the booking, before the trip for every question (and there were quite a few), and even during the vacation. Only good words for his part in an amazing vacation. The caravan we got was at a level of equipment and comfort that was truly "German". Knowing you also have an Israeli back-up in case of issues/problems (even though there weren't any) definitely helps you get into the caravan project with peace of mind. This is my third time.
