The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.
- Rates include 240 km per day. Edditional km for $0.3. Unlimited km If All inclusive package is taken
- Unlimited Mileage must have a minimum of 10 nights rental
- A $50 per hour penalty will be charged for late return of vehicle
- Interior A/C and heater combo operates only with electrical hook up
- Local 10% tax is due on all items paid at the counter

We strongly recommend Avi Bandana — we had an amazing, amazing service experience (and trip, of course)! We're a young couple that decided to book a vacation in a caravan for the first time pretty much last minute (the upsides of COVID allowed us this, since from talking with Avi Bandana and reading online we understood that people usually book at least six months in advance). We called and consulted with very few additional agencies, and from the very first conversation with Avi Bandana we felt we were talking with a professional, kind person, attentive to our needs — someone genuinely trying to set us up with the best vacation suited for us. He was available for every question, before and during our stay (and we hardly needed it, because the operation of the caravan, the rental company, and Avi's care before the trip were professional and addressed every concern, question, and more). We rented the caravan in Dortmund, Germany — we got the vehicle clean and dialed in, at the offices of a clean and pleasant caravan company with lovely service people. The prices are competitive but more importantly — the service is excellent. We drove Avi crazy with questions before the booking and after, and always quick replies with a smile. The rental process was convenient and simple — Bandana addressed every question we had before renting the caravan. Pickup and return of the vehicle, and all three weeks we used it, went smoothly and without issues. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to take a caravan vacation.
