We're back after a 45-day caravan trip in Australia and Tasmania. The service we received from the Bandana company was simply perfect. Everything that was promised was fulfilled in full. The caravans we got were excellent, the service from APOLLO was perfectly fine. We went out as 2 couples on the trip. I wholeheartedly recommend the Bandana company. 100 percent professionalism!!! It was my first time with a caravan, and abroad too. I called Avi and asked him to be on the line with me for 40 minutes to understand my needs. Avi was patient, professional — and even when COVID came and we had to postpone by a year, the date was changed without any cost or change fees. In addition, throughout the period Avi gave me his full attention and answered every possible question and worry I had naturally as someone heading out with the family for the first time on a trip like this. I warmly recommend Bandana, and I have no doubt that when we go on a trip again we'll turn to Bandana first.
