  • Rentals with limited km (specials) will cause an extra fee of 3.5 NOK per km
  • Passenger compartment must return in clean condition, otherwise a fee of minimum 1650 NOK is charged
  • Toilet tank must return emptied, otherwise a fee of 1650 NOK is charged
  • Motorhome must return with full tanks of diesel and Adblue, otherwise customers will be charged for the missing fuel, as well as 500 NOK administration fee
  • GPS device is only available for rent at Oslo Station. It is required to leave a deposit of 700 NOK for it
  • Out of hours drop off costs 480 NOK per hour
  • During winter period, between November and March, pick up and drop off times are different than regular. Details in T&C
  • Winter tyres are mandatory for 960 NOK: In Bergen, Grimstad, Oslo, Stavanger, Trondheim & Tonsberg between 1.11 - 11.4, and in Bjerkvik & Nordkjosbotn between 1.11 - 30.4 
  • Customers who book a taxi transfer: 2 suitcases per customer Are allowed. If there is more - please inform in advance. In addition, the taxi can not take bicycle
