Unlimited Kilometers or "All Inclusive" rentals have a minimum charge of 14 nights.
Each additional km is $ 0.42.
Cancellation of One Way rentals will charge $ 300 cancellation fee in addition to the usual fee of cancellation, and the one way fee.
Transfers are only available until 1:00pm.
When returning the motorhome, the holding tanks must be empty. If not, a $ 35 service charge will apply.
A charge of $ 50 per hour for cleaning will be applied for those vehicles returned in an unsatisfactory state.
Each hour of delay in returning the motorhome will be charged up to 4 times the price of daily rental.
No Smoking in the motorhome. Violation of this rule will require $ 250 cleaning fee.
Any claim regarding traffic violations, parking fines, toll charge etc. will charge $ 25 administration fee, in addition to the amount of the fine.
The motorhome are provided with a full tank of gasoline (or diesel) and must be returned with a full tank. If not, the renter will pay $ 3 per liter.
Dogs - on request only. A charge of $ 100 will apply.
Bike racks cannot be installed on TC, TC-S, TC-B, VC or Adventurer 4.
The rental station in Whitehorse is closed on Sundays until the end of 2021.
All vehicles departing between October 01 – April 30 may be subject to winterization. Customers must sign on a 'Winter Rentals' Form at time of pick up.
