Each vehicle is supplied with complimentary living equipment (such as bedding, cooking equipment, eating utensils, bath and tea towels.) And each vehicle is supplied with a complimentary Apollo Pack for the first night. The pack contains matches, mini shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing liquid, sponge, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea and sugar sachets.

The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply: Change of name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.

• Rates include 300 km per day. Excess kilometers are charged at AU$ 0.40 per kilometer.
• An additional charge of AU$ 750 applies to all rentals picking up or dropping off in Broome.
• If the RV is returned without the interior cleaned and without an empty grey water tank, a charge of AU$ 200 cleaning fee will apply.
• A 7 day minimum rental period applies during the period of 14 to 18 April 2022.
• A 10 day minimum rental period applies during the period of 18 December 2022 to 2 January 2023.
• Changing of drop off destination after the rental has commenced (after getting authorisation), Subject to the change being approved, a minimum additional charge of AU$ 750 will apply.
• Single Vehicle Rollover has a minimum of AU$50.
• A compulsory cleaning fee of AU$75 will aplly for rentals 5 days or less.
