The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.
• In case of cancellation the cancellation fee period is based on New Zealand Standard time.
• While making a reservation, please choose a time frame for collecting the motorhome from the following: 8:00-10:00 ; 10:00-11:00 ; 11:00-12:00 ; 12:00-13:00 ; 13:00-14:00 ; 14:00-16:00
• The "Express Return Pack" can only be purchased in conjunction with the "All Inclusive" package.
• A NZ$115 surcharge will apply to all rentals picking up and/or dropping off on National public holidays:
6 February 2023, 20 March 2023 - Queenstown only, 7 April 2023, 10 April 2023, 25 April 2023, 5 June 2023, 14 July 2023, 23 October 2023, 17 November 2023 - Christchurch only, 26 December 2023, 1-2 January 2024, 29 January 2024 - Auckland only, 6 February 2024, 25 March 2024 - Queenstown only, 29 March 2024.
• Minimum rental period is 5 days with some exceptions. For details - please read 'Rental Duration' section in "Terms & Conditions".
